We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
• Email us at info@trainsf50.com and we'll help you with the request.

Aero City Jets training discount

The $295 training discount is a separate promotion operated by Aero City Jets and is based on a valid Pocket Type Rating SF50 purchase. If your purchase is refunded, you are no longer eligible for that discount, and Aero City Jets may decline to apply it.

Cancellation

You can cancel your $49/year renewal at any time before the next billing date through your Paddle order management page (linked in your purchase email) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.
